      Pros

      Work from home (they allow 3 days in office) 2 at home. However I think this will be phased out.

      Cons

      Senior management is terrible especially the women. They have been in the company for too long and think they know it all. They also bully other women that are new and have a fresh outlook and perspective.

      Great opportunity to learn from some of the brightest minds in the industry. Lots of grunt work to build a solid foundation and understanding of multi-asset investing.
