Pros

Lack of hierarchy & bureaucracy is a refreshing change to most banks. The office facilities are the best I have encountered with a superior canteen & changing/showering facilities for those who run/cycle to work. The working environment is very entrepreneurial. Individual development is encouraged.

Cons

The bank works in silos with little or no co-operation between these. This is in contrast to most banks & can be frustrating if you want to do business with another part of the bank. This is about the only con I can think of.

Cons

Have to pull for growth, not handed to you. You have to be aggressive and ask for what you need.

there was little training for the intern position, so come prepared with some finance skills, just the basics
