      Open working environment, easy access to management, some perks like travel and team building outings, good support from HR in terms of progress and well being

      Cons

      Can be a very stressful environment, may not get good mentoring, may not have open communication and honesty with all staff members

      Have to pull for growth, not handed to you. You have to be aggressive and ask for what you need.

      there was little training for the intern position, so come prepared with some finance skills, just the basics
