Pros

Staff are very well taken care of, spoiled if anything! Lots of staff events, days out etc. People are very friendly. Great staff benefits. Good work life balance.

Cons

Though it is sold as a benefit flat hierarchy means there is a lot of politics & lack of trust between staff. There can be very little direction at times.

there was little training for the intern position, so come prepared with some finance skills, just the basics
