Flat structure and Great culture, friendly, vibrant atmosphere. Entrepreneurial spirit and encourages employees to have a voice, regardless of position.

Cons

Lack of diversity, as is common in the industry eg in terms of gender pay gaps, female representation in senior positions and representation of BAME ethnicity
