Inclusive culture that empowers employees to be innovative and provides opportunity to speak your mind honestly. Flat leadership structure. I have the same desk as the head of my department. I can speak my mind to them honestly. Much room for your to make your career path what you want with opportunity for movement within the corporation. Many learning opportunities with internal courses and external training budget

Cons

Salary for IT not competitive. IT still viewed as a cost center and now the foundation without which the company cannot survive. The IT salaries reflect this view.

there was little training for the intern position, so come prepared with some finance skills, just the basics
