Pros

Great company lots of drinking and socialising, you need to be good at what you do otherwise you will be noticed easily. Some company's you can doddle along, you cannot which is a good thing overall!

Cons

They are a company who promotes green working however my team does not allow working from home even though it can be done, I'm not a receptionist or someone who needs to be customer facing. That's just my bosses culture so I get to see others around me do it, different rules but same company! Also you do not get paid for out of hours work, not even time off in lieu

Have to pull for growth, not handed to you. You have to be aggressive and ask for what you need.

there was little training for the intern position, so come prepared with some finance skills, just the basics
