Other engineers are very friendly and always willing to help each other. The building is amazing.

Cons

All that matters is the bottom line, employee wellbeing is not as prioritised as one would expect. Preferential treatment amongst staff. Blame-game culture. High stress environment. Bonuses are based on vibe-check instead of stats and performance.

there was little training for the intern position, so come prepared with some finance skills, just the basics
