Pros

- Great culture company wide, with a positive vibe throughout the office - Good working environment that is being upgraded with client and employee experience in mind - Dynamic environment with relatively little red tape and great support for department head

Cons

- Start-up type environment may not be for everyone - Quite a lot of legacy ideas and standards, but this is a short term con as - As a South African bank there can sometimes be too much of a focus on their national identity from leadership, which can feel a bit jarring for others
