After 27 years in the workforce, I can confidently say that Invisible Technologies is the best company I’ve ever worked for. I’ve been here for six months, and every day reaffirms how special this place is. I work alongside incredibly smart and talented people who are deeply knowledgeable in all aspects of AI and technology — but what truly sets them apart is how much they care about people. The level of collaboration, support, and genuine kindness across teams is unlike anything I’ve experienced before. Leadership plays a huge role in shaping this culture. The management team truly cares about employees’ growth, wellbeing, and success. Our CEO sets the tone from the top, he’s highly engaged in every aspect of the company and pays close attention to employee morale, transparency, and maintaining a culture of trust and accountability. This not really a con. Like any growing startup, we’re still refining some processes and continuously improving how we work. However, that’s part of the excitement and evolution of being in a high-growth environment. In the grand scheme of things, it’s a small trade off for being part of such an innovative, mission driven, and people first organization.
