Pros

Once upon a time, I worked in HR Strategy, People Development, and Recruiting. From that time, I've learned that teams that do EXCEPTIONAL things have the core competency of disagreeing well together, testing alternatives, and arriving at consensus. This company has plenty of weaknesses; however, more than any team, or group, or experience, I've ever been a part of, this company has the core competency of disagreeing with candor, charity and arriving at new conclusions. Without indulging in infinite debate for its own sake.

Cons

It's NOT for people who identify as employees vs. "owners." If you want to be told what to do instead of to lead, you should go somewhere else. If you do not want to take a RISK on a company, you also shouldn't be here (this is mostly about pay - which is low, but in a transparent way I feel respected by).
