Pros
+ Interesting problems to solve on a daily basis + Smart, talented, and experienced team mates + 100% remote (some of my work time must align with PDT) + The ability to be promoted if you bring a lot of unique value + Many Zoom conversations which help us solve problems easier and faster than via text alone (Slack, email) + A great opportunity with a company that is growing at an amazing rate. Cons
- Lots of incoming emails that steal my attention away from my core tasks - Showing my face on video chat (it's not really required but I feel I need to at times) - Sometimes it is a slow process to get all stakeholders on the same page but, this is just a reality of work in general - This is a startup and the pay is not as high as more established companies but that will be changing very soon.
