Pros
Invisible has some of the brightest people I've ever worked with, who all really care deeply about the mission, and are working on some of the coolest stuff currently going on in tech. It really feels like we're creating the future.
Cons
It's an intense work culture. Because everyone is responsible for their own schedules (it's quite flexible), and it's a global workforce, there's never really down time. It's up to each person to decide when to step away and when to set work boundaries, which can be hard sometimes.
