Pros
Remote Work Decent Pay Flexible Hours Support from other Coworkers/Ground-Level Culture
Cons
Disorganized and difficult to contact - The entire work process stalls due to technical issues and incomplete standards. Standards for edited work are largely subjective due to a lack of thorough training, and they do not attempt to improve this by involving trained professionals to set standards. No Employee Protection - Laid off workforce with no warning. There are no internal systems in place to find more work despite being a "work platform." Working for them provides no merit or assistance when applying to other Invisible opportunities. Restrictive Contracts - No rights. No protection. Slips in a clause that locks you out of your industry. You'll be sued for working in your industry if you don't break your contract. I have yet to determine how to terminate my contract. Poor Communication - Pointless to own mistakes or ask for help. Another five managers will attack you for the same reason. They don't communicate with each other.
