Typically really smart people who are comfortable with ambiguity. Culture - everyone works hard but there is still a balance of respecting time and you can take time off. Hybrid - Most of the workforce is remote but we've just opened up offices in major hubs. If you live near them, the in-person side is a huge unlock. Leadership - Really like the new CEO and senior leadership team. They are super smart, have a direct approach and are accessible. Pay & Comp - leadership recently moved to geo pay model which factors in the city you're based.
