Pros
Great ingestion of new top talent in the last year along with fast pace of growth and constantly increasing client demand. 100% remote is major plus. And working with fun, smart people from around the world. A place that you can roll up your sleeves and get to work; not somewhere that gets snuck in job titles or 'that's not my job'. I feels like we're all just on the same team solving problems. A LOT of learning opportunities.
Cons
Unique culture and pace of growth and change is definitely not a fit for everyone. Base compensation can be a little low but that's starting to change.
