Pros

I have worked with Invisible for more than 2 years and have held many different roles. My experience in general has been very positive. I've referred several friends and family members to work at Invisible as trainers and would recommend anyone to give it a go. Working with Invisible as a trainer can be challenging and exciting at the same time. I have found that you get out what you put in. I poured myself into my work as a trainer and now I have a higher position where I get to make a tangible impact on our deliveries. As an employee I received great benefits and stability. I have had three incredible managers over the past two years who helped me progress in the direction I wanted to. My managers and directors have greatly invested into my professional development. Now as a consultant/advisor, I get to build my individual brand while continuing to work in the environment I love. The company has grown tremendously over the past few months and I'm excited to see where it goes next. Invisible is truly the place to be if you are an ambitious, curious, and diligent professional interested in GenAI.

Cons

Remote work can be challenging for some. You have to have strong boundaries and high work ethics. It's not for everyone, but I enjoy it. Hoping for a EU office so that I can join some company events too!
