Pros

Management has a product line and vision that should keep this place around for a long time. It's a small company that rewards the hard work, treats employees well, allows working from home, and lets you learn as much as you can handle

Cons

Company is a little too spread out. ~120 people spread over 3 offices (and dozens of telecommuters) means that there isn't much "culture" and phone/online meetings can be way too inefficient.

I was able to experience site visits, sit in on client and rep meetings, and learn the in's and out's of what a daily interior designer lifestyle could be like.

Cons

Seeing more of a variety of projects.
