No training. Empty Promises. Upper Management FULL of incompetent Golf Pros that know nothing about leadership. LOW pay. Unrealistic expectations. Did I mention a lack of training? FF&E that is old an outdated and the members KNOW need to be replaced. Budgets that are based on non-repeat business. Insurance plans are HORRIBLE! NO 401K! Benefits as a whole are non-existent. No C.O.L.A. and you can forget about raises. The Company is expanding way too fast and will soon become insolvent despite their large earnings that do not trickle down to the properties or employees. Need I go on.
