Pros
Come and go as you please. Members are nice. Pay is good only if you are a Gm, Private Event Director, Or Membership Director. Other than that I would not recommend anyone to work for this company.
Cons
Terrible insurance, you qualify for one week of vacation after you work full time for a year. Just awful! No pay raise. The company is now private and managed by Apollo. It has gone downhill and no one seems to know how to do their job. Corporate treats employees at the club level with no respect. Most of the time they are clueless. Everything is being centralized so no personal touches and no more helping members. That all goes to the corporate office and then from there it just gets redirected and lost. Training is a joke and the systems are so old.
