Lots of great people who care deeply about their peers and customers. The customers are mostly well-known household names (all the aerospace, defense, medical companies, among others). We build machines that help them make a difference in the world.

There may be other companies that pay more, but often with more stress, more hours, and who are not as employee and community oriented.

The benefits are nearly unbeatable with their medical insurance, 401k match, and other similar benefits. They provide a paid shutdown around Christmas which is nice to allow for family time even if there are some times that require a touch during the shutdown. They allow flexible scheduling including summer schedule that allows for 1 day off or 1/2 day off.
