Pros

They overpay you at this position and the work can be non existent at certain points.

Cons

This place is full of tenured people who have no idea what they are doing. The worst part is they are bitter and will never admit they are lost or confused. Each department has maybe 2 people who really know what to do. Covid 19 has also devastated this company not financially, but structurally. As of now, they are having a hard time finding office space for employees and people are quitting weekly. Management here is disrespectful and it goes all the way up to the CEO. Managers send disrespectful emails and act like children then issue fake apologies 10 minutes later (the CEO even sent emails threatening to fire people on site, then apologized like a 4 year old the next day). New or tenured, people are confused at this company. The tenured people are made and will never be blamed for issues, the new people take the fall since managers will not admit they can't train new employees. If you don't believe me, they will hire you and sell you on most of the people having been there for 10 years, but most of the recent/new hires quit or have been let go.

Pros

Company culture promotes teamwork and interdepartmental collaboration across various projects and workflows. Coworkers generally seek ways to work together and continuously improve. It is a great place to work.

Cons

Nothing uniquely notable to highlight.

Pros

•They host luncheons quarterly. •The RSU given to us was pretty decent. •Allows remote work if needed. •Host cultural webinars and activities to support diversity.

Cons

•Management is HORRIBLE; they micromanage and hold their team to a standard that they don’t even meet. •The benefits sucked. It’s clear they chose the cheapest coverage to save them money. •They do group firings instead of independently meeting with people to fire them. I was fired via a group call which was embarrassing. •They barely give raises. I worked on a team of 5 and was doing the job of 3 people for almost a year. They didn’t give me a raise till I kept bugging. •We were told that automation would be done in phases and that our jobs were secure till then. We were fired on the spot and these processes weren’t even approved yet. •There’s no work life balance. You’re expected to work when need despite having a family. •PTO sucks. They took away sick leave so now PTO has to be used instead. •They changed the dynamic of the company to benefit the “higher ups”. They don’t care about the employees who make less than 6 figures. •Management & HR lies. They’ll promise you one thing and do another.
