Pros

Semi-competitive pay Benefits are fantastic - Healthcare, 401k with matching, stock, PTO Some very smart people

Cons

The top of the company is very Liberal/Democrat CNN (mainstream media) loving drones. Vaccine mandates - you do not have medical freedom of choice when it comes to what you put in your body. JAB or JOB. Going Woke - They're focusing more on wokeness than freeness. 5 years ago, an off-color joke would get laughs. Now it will get you fired (or at least written up). Segregation and discrimination. If you're unvaccinated, you are not allowed to go into the office, or participate in company events - such as happy hours, golf tournaments, and Holiday Parties. Will be less of an issue once they get rid of all of the unclean purebloods.

Pros

Company culture promotes teamwork and interdepartmental collaboration across various projects and workflows. Coworkers generally seek ways to work together and continuously improve. It is a great place to work.

Cons

Nothing uniquely notable to highlight.

Pros

•They host luncheons quarterly. •The RSU given to us was pretty decent. •Allows remote work if needed. •Host cultural webinars and activities to support diversity.

Cons

•Management is HORRIBLE; they micromanage and hold their team to a standard that they don’t even meet. •The benefits sucked. It’s clear they chose the cheapest coverage to save them money. •They do group firings instead of independently meeting with people to fire them. I was fired via a group call which was embarrassing. •They barely give raises. I worked on a team of 5 and was doing the job of 3 people for almost a year. They didn’t give me a raise till I kept bugging. •We were told that automation would be done in phases and that our jobs were secure till then. We were fired on the spot and these processes weren’t even approved yet. •There’s no work life balance. You’re expected to work when need despite having a family. •PTO sucks. They took away sick leave so now PTO has to be used instead. •They changed the dynamic of the company to benefit the “higher ups”. They don’t care about the employees who make less than 6 figures. •Management & HR lies. They’ll promise you one thing and do another.
