Pros
You’ll probably get hired pretty easily — they’re always desperate and will take almost anyone. They don’t really care about your knowledge, skills, or whether you’re actually qualified. If you consider that a “pro,” then sure, that’s one of the few things going for them.
Cons
The politics here is on another level — absolutely toxic. Most of it exists because people don’t have the skills or knowledge to actually do their jobs, so they survive by playing dirty games to protect their positions. The work pressure is completely unnecessary and poorly managed. It feels forced, chaotic, and pointless. And the managers? Easily the most incompetent and frustrating bunch you’ll ever deal with. Zero leadership, zero accountability — just ego and nonsense. they are the biggest ********** If you genuinely want to learn, grow, and take ownership of your work, stay far away from this place. No amount of money is worth walking into this mess.
