Pros
Good environment, small organisation so everyone knows each other by face. Cabs provided if you stay late, however transport coordination is not good. Decent pay and you can save a lot of tax under multiple salary heads. Some very intelligent people to work with.
Cons
Higher management lacks vision. Although they have brilliant employees but they are unable to utilise their potential. Work timings can stretch based on projects. Reluctant in adopting newer technologies. Lot of people with 10+ years in the organisation and they are slowly becoming bottlenecks in innovation.
