Pros
Free breakfast on Fridays. Some co workers are good and genuine.
Cons
One of the worst places to work, full of politics. The team lead distributes free placements to his favourite recruiter and the rest of us hard working recruiters can only get frustrated. The department head knows about this but the team lead is his favourite so he encourages the malpractice. HR pretends to be concerned about employee welfare but in reality they are puppets. Dont have any real power to stop the ill treatment and micromanagement of employees. I cant wait to get out of this place but am stuck because of my H1 visa.
