Leadership and managment is too tooo old and rigin, they don't have a clue whats latest trend's or technologies going around. They can't tolerate ay change or any feedback whatsoever. Only wokr on main main platforms, can't see them expaling in any other vertical. Old employee's domindate and surpress you a lot. Managment promotes favourism. Transportation and cafetaria services are poor. Don't join if you want to learn and frow your technical skills
