Working in Iris for more that a Year. Flexible timing , Subsidized food and transport Company is still growing so need time to mature.
Cons
Higher management is not reachable, managers doesnt feel to interact with all the team members . Not clear picture of future or any planning. HR is slow to do any event. Appraisal are not on time.
