Pros
1. WFH in some projects 2. Flexible working hours
Cons
1. Very poor HR policies. No employee engagement activities. Employees are treated as machine “COME-WORK-LEAVE”. 2. Appraisal process is worst. First of all it never starts on time. Deadline is never followed. HR will give a date and they will just forget about it. Employee will keep wondering, what’s going on? 3. Being a team manager means monitoring, supporting and knowing the team. However manager has no clue about the efforts put by the individuals. How can a manager consider feedback of a team leader who has never worked with the individual and based on that feedback appraisal score is decided which I feel is completely biased and unfair? This is huge monetary loss for the employee. 4. Limited projects. People are on bench from several months. 5. Not very good opportunity for growth, Old employee will not let you grow. 6. No Additional Bonus/Appreciation/Monetary Benefits. 7. No Tax Saving Policies/Salary Breakup 8. Hire some technical managers otherwise it is like geography teacher teaching geometry. 9. Employees' effort is not appreciated.
