The list is exhaustive 1. Managers over here like boot-licking. They promote only those resources that goes to his/her cabin atleast twice a day irrespective of the quality of work they are producing 2. Managers atitude over here is like My way or Highway 3. HR is just a puppet in hands of managers. They wont do anything for resources 4. Quality of development work is too low. Your profile would be degraded 5. They just give the resources to the client and forget about them. They never care about the work they are getting, how much pressurized they are. Don't even know what they do and judge based upon boot-licking as mentioned in point 1 6. Getting working lift is a luxury over here. Even if its working its worse than local train 7. Office at isolated place. Its diffcult to travel if not commuting by own convenyance 8. 8 hrs are mandatory else they will automatically deduct leaves 9. Poorly drafted policies that strangles the employees 10. Most of the things are manual. If someone in HR or Finance goes on leave there is no one to take care until she is back. 11. Indian management. Cheap mentality There are more points but tired of writing.
