If you want to get good salary package , then u can opt for iris though chances are not 100%. Only this is the benefit u will get working here
Cons
Work environment is not good. As managers will listen to your concerns but will not work on them. Make false promises. Interview level is very difficult you will think that you will get good work . But work is very bad here. You will get support type of work here. you will get frustrated with in 6 months on hope of getting good work. Appraisal wise this company is also not good they don't distinguish between people who gives more than 100% of their efforts and the people whose work is average . So not a good idea to give your100% you will be treated as same as other people. Only managers gets benefit as there are too much politics.
