      Few of the reasons are:- - The training program at IRIS is a very good jumpstart for the freshers. - Quite interesting working oppurtunities to work on. - Friendly, helping and experienced seniors. - Quick actions are taken if you are facing some problems.

      - As of now, no cons right now, as I have been here only for 6 months.
