Never work with iris as full time. No pay during bench period. - Java Developer Iris Software Employee Review

Iris never pays employees on bench. I seen people terminated just in 2 weeks. They mostly hire to get more billing for a short term projects and say that project will be for long term initially but after 1 or 2 month they will terminate you saying that client is out of budget. They hire just to get billing from client and use employees as puppets. They wont reimburse for location change. They wont care once project is completed.
