I worked with Iris for more than 2 years as Sr. Project Manager and it was a wonderful experience. There is lot of focus on quality and CMMi processes like any big organization and it is a good platform for anybody who wants to learn quality processes. The facilities are good - cab facility for everyone, proactive IT team, evening snacks, subsidized lunch etc, which most organizations have stopped due to cost cutting. Senior management is quite approachable.
