Best place to work - Lead Associate Iris Software Employee Review

I recently joined IRIS software. Though it was a lockdown time, my joining happened through e boarding mod. It was one of the best experience i had in my 10 years of experience. All the support teams are humble and very proactive to have hand holding during initiate phase of the employment. Even from the offer to joining, each spoc has done commendable job. Even senior management played very important role by regularly connecting with employees (i have never seen in any other company)
