Pros
Good employee care during these tough COVID times. IRIS was able to switch all employees to remote working without any hassle. Great work and collaboration showcased by various enabling functions - IT, Facilities, ISG, HR etc... The leadership is quite active and involved at all levels. A listening ear is provided to one and all with a focus to resolve issues and bring about a change.
Cons
Few challenges do exist which will be overcome in near future.
