The CEO is uninterested in the company for the most part. You will be overworked and undervalued. Money is the bottom line no matter what, but the company has very little knowledge of its own finances. The CEO makes decisions that affect the whole company at the drop of a hat, without consulting anyone. These decisions usually come in the from of a late-night email to the whole company..
