Pros
Very employee friendly company , the years i have spent in IRIS have been some of my best. No issues with job security , there is a growth path for everyone who is deserving and there are some wonderful initiatives that the company undertakes time and again.
Cons
Communication flow from top to bottom needs improvement. The role of the HR in this regard needs a re-look. Most organization updates are known to managers rather than the HR.
