Pros
Company is good, onsite opportunities, good payroll though highly biased. Anil sir is such a great personality, you meet him once and you see how smart, talented and down to earth man he is. He really respects everyone in the company. HR activities, fun time is common, flexibility, few managers are really cooperative and great but there are worse too.
Cons
They don't have a salary standard, if you are in trouble they will take full benefit of that. There are managers with highest attitude in the world and their super chamche can bring you down so much to make your life hell. They literally bully you, insult people on the floor in front of other teams. Company is growing with time and same time becoming less employee friendly.
