      Pros

      i dont find any good thing to tell here. Its old company and still they cannot grow due to the small thinking of mgt. Hardly have 400 head count.

      Cons

      Bad work culture, Sitting late is considered good, Old employees dont do any work, fresher or mid level guys work which usually get unnoticed, Old employees are good in politics.
