Pros
The people make the Company, as with all Organisations people are the greatest asset. The role gave me greater visibility at a more senior level, thus driving a steep learning curve.
Cons
Little investment into people or culture, therefore all initiatives had a no cost headline. Significant blame culture, all mistakes whomever and however viewed as an exercise of vilification, rather than learning opportunity.
