Pros
Salary hike was good till 2014. after that it's very poor.cab for home after 7:30 PM, some projects are good,flexible timings, Flowers on birthday.
Cons
20 year old company but did not grow as expected, Payment of leaves is on your basic pay however LWP are on your CTC, Notice period is 90 days, Poor Admin department. Some Project Managers are with co. for more than 15 years with high on attitude and low on industry exposure and they do not want to change. lots of buttering, if u r good in buttering then u can promote. Old employees don't do much work, mid level guys work which usually get unnoticed. bad appraisals, bad food.
