Hire and fire policy. Don’t join without a project. Otherwise you will be fired after few months, bcz they don’t have projects, HR will ask you to submit resignation after few months since you joined. This is happened to many employees. They will keep you in bench for few months and fire you. Think before you join. They have only short term projects. They rely only on a single banking client majorly.
