Currently, they are hiring and firing people without any real projects. I have around 8–9 years of experience in development. Iris hires candidates and then, for 2–3 months, doesn’t schedule any interviews. After that, one day, HR calls and asks you to submit a silent resignation.
They currently have no projects, and I have no idea why they are still hiring. Please, do not resign from your stable job — I did the same and now regret it. They hired around 20–25 people in same group for both development and QA, and now they are silently firing everyone.
Also, most of the reviews you see are fake — they give ₹500 coupons to employees in exchange for posting positive reviews. This is not a real company; they are running it like a street food stall on Zomato.
