- Lots of micromanagement at granular level. - Work life balance would go for a toss. - Even if the client is happy with your work, you might be put in PIP out of nowhere, just because your manager wants to satisfy his/her ego. - Stringent WFO policy wherein even if you have a serious medical emergency, you would be asked to come to office OR apply leave for that particular day. - You would be under constant mental stress and anxiety level would go up every single day. - They would simply "HIRE" you and after 2-3 months you would be "FIRED" for no strong reason. - It's better to stay jobless than to join this fake organization.
