Stay away if possible - Manager Iron River Construction Employee Review

A really toxic work environment. Employees run amuck and the owner can not handle them. Some treat other co-managers or employees with absolute disrespect. Allows employees & managers to disrespect each other with no consequences. Employees came in intoxicated or not at all sometimes. The owner does not manage her employees. She is so distant from certain jobs that it eventually caused major issues. Spending money unnecessarily and taking trips when the company did not have the cash flow.
