Pros
The interview process is actually very easy. They made time and worked around my schedule. The guy who hired me was very nice and helpful throughout my time there. As far as I'm concerned that was the best part about this job. Then the actual work began.
Cons
Lack of training, no back ups, a lot of overtime, no lunch breaks (you need to eat and work at the same time), higher ups don't answer questions clearly, people who have worked there awhile are given amazing amounts of slack. I worked at a job I didn't like and spent a lot of time trying to get out. Once I got hired here I was excited. I wasn't at this job for long but in my short time there I grew to not like this job either. I started to regret quitting my previous job, I started job hunting. The person I reported to was the hardest to deal with. She always looked mad and answered questions the same way. But she never had a straight answer for any question I asked. She was very hard to approach.
