We’re glad you enjoy the culture at Isolatek and that you appreciate the teamwork. Our salary structure is reviewed and updated annually, for competitiveness. Isolatek posts job openings on its intranet and payroll portal to attract internal, qualified talent before filling roles externally. Isolatek also offers tuition reimbursement for those who wish to develop and be considered for advancement. Employees, along with their manager and as part of the annual performance appraisal, create an individual development plan to help guide their professional development and training. Many employees have enjoyed long careers and have held many positions within the Company.

Pros

While my coworkers have been a joy to work with, I can't say the same with the company. Working for Isolatek International has been stressful, frustrating, and miserable. If you're thinking about applying for a position here, I urge you to reconsider.

Cons

The work environment at Isolatek International is the most toxic I have ever seen! Employees are overworked, underpaid, and disrespected daily; we're treated as nothing more than disposable pawns by the company. Workloads are brutal, expectations are sky-high, and support isn't provided, and the salaries we're paid don't reflect that at all. Opportunities to advance are scarce, and raises are rarely given. It's already awful enough to work here, but things are even worse if you are a woman! Managers will harass you and make inappropriate remarks all the time. You'll be treated as stupid and helpless, and constantly talked down to, even if you've been consistently outperforming your colleagues.
