      Pros

      Small office, about 20 to 23 people in total. Brilliant, open working environment Supervisors are both helpful and laid back Good social interaction amongst staff outside work good work life balance good salary

      Cons

      From an accounting point of view little to no audit procedures or standardised work practices. How tasks are executed can be ve ry ad hoc Some of the work software very vanilla in its functionality with little customisation

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
