      Pros

      Peers are knowledgeable and highly competent with often many years experience. The Executive Team are good listeners and great coaches often providing excellent feedback and a fresh perspective.

      Cons

      Regional management can make you feel cut off from the rest of the organisation which causes concern about the future of roles and products. This is particularly true of portions of the organisation that were newly acquired by LANDESK (who are now Ivanti) over the last year.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
